- Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by from the date of receiving the product, unfortunately we cannot accept your refund request.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the same packaging as received.

- Once the blouse is detached or if pico/tassling done then the saree becomes ineligible for a return.

- For any order within India, there will be no additional shipping cost. We use only reputed delivery partners such as BlueDart, DHL etc.,
- If product must be shipped to any remote location then a special instruction must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete address details, for us to deliver the product. Any additional charge that may incur will be intimated and must be paid by the customer.
- The tracking and carrier information details for the shipments will be sent out to the customer once the product is shipped.
- Please do not accept the package if tampered/damaged. In such cases, please ensure to take photograph of the same and return the package to the carrier. If such packages are accepted, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition.
